Physical event
We have been supporting 44CON for a long period and we are very familiar with their events and are able to consistently improves these year on year, with kit upgrades along with a few techie tweaks each time.
Custom Stage Set, Advertising & 3D Signage
Custom stage sets were provided with various custom branded artwork throughout the event, including 3D signage, which we lighted to make look spectacular!
Provide Full AV Solutions
Full graphics, lighting, audio set ups were provided for the conference across two main rooms and a breakout room, all operated by our dedicated technicians. These were provided for both the conference and the evening events which included the lighting of a full-sized double decker bus which had been converted into a mobile bar, and the creation of a ‘cinema club’.
Talking Slides Live Stream
Our Talking Slides crew on site during the conference recording all presentations, to be uploaded to the custom built 44CON Talking Slides website with 10 days.
At every event we have a team of refined technical staff and various specialist support staff on standby, so we were pretty much ready for any eventuality to ensure these events are are absolutely flawless.
