I wanted to personally drop you a line to tell you what a fantastic job you guys did. Honestly, dealing with each of the curve-balls thrown, last-minute changes, and Diva Tantrums (mostly DJ!)- you coped and adapted admirably. I am proud of the conference we streamed, and know that once people are able to view it in it’s entirety - they will all agree. Your team were professional and highly skilled and a credit to you, and it was a pleasure working with you all.

I want to say thank you to you and all of the team for the work that you put in and for such a successful and professionally run event.  Please pass on our thanks to the technical team as well as we had such good feedback from speakers and chairs on how helpful and reassuring they were in the green room (and me personally as well given I was a last-minute entry, they were very helpful).

I am just recovering from the conference!  I cannot thank you enough for the effort that you put in and the help that you gave for this conference.  It ran smoothly and we have received excellent feedback on the Digital running of the conference.

This has been such a positive step for the Academy. The RCGP feedback has been excellent, the delegate feedback has been excellent, and any logging problems were sorted before I  was really aware of them.  I am chuffed, and enjoyed the day.  I want to ensure we make the most of this success, spread the word, and try to engage more and more GPs in the process, so we can grow having established such a success.  I am aware of how fundamental your flexibility, professionalism, and effectiveness are; thank you!

I wanted to write to thank you both for all your support leading up to and during the FIS/HIS 2020 conference. Your responsiveness and hard work to make our event a success were really appreciated.  We have received a lot of positive feedback already about the support you gave to speakers and moderators. Lewis, thank you from me personally, for all your help answering technical questions, and doing tech run-throughs in advance of the event – the work on those live sessions (especially NITCAR!) was really evident on the day. Sam, thanks for all the last minute changes and listening to our feedback about layouts, which I am sure improved the delegate experience during the event.

Flexible. Adaptable. Easy. In our first-ever virtual event with just over 800 attendees registered, we could not have worked with a better team to help us bring a fluid, engaging experience into homes all over the world. Working with Talking Slides was incredible and beyond anything, we could have imagined. Their team was responsive and intuitive to our needs, proactive, and seamless in navigating challenges while enabling us to truly enjoy the experience we were delivering. Not only did they provide rare and outstanding service, but their team also allowed us to take our event to an extraordinary level. Having a rare opportunity to perform a rare operation with a great teaching potential where could I look to get the whole event recorded. The filming had to be unobtrusive so I could perform with accuracy. My nursing team had to move freely in a small theatre, monitoring of the dog's vital statistics was critical as this was thoracic heart surgery. Also, I needed to not be stressed by the film crew as the patient comes first.  Looking back on the event I couldn’t have had a better team than Talking Slides, every single demand was met with ease. Their thought in set up and their remote camera views were outstanding. In fact, during the op, I hardly knew they were there. I would highly recommend Talking Slides‘ professional approach. They captured the whole event for me even down to linking to our anesthetic monitor.

On behalf of the Conference Committee may I thank Talking Slides for the support and assistance in organising and staging Rotary District 1260 (Beds, Bucks & Herts) first virtual District Conference. This was a new experience for many of the 500 Rotarians and friends who initially registered. Our interaction with the Company representatives was always supportive and professional, furthermore, they understood and made appropriate allowances for the fact that this was a novel experience for many of the Committee.  It was in no small measure due to the tolerance and patience of your staff, which resulted in the District being able to deliver a Conference with many of the facets recognised and valued by the delegates.   Initial feedback endorses this success and whilst there is much to commend a face-to-face conference, our experience with Talking Slides has proved that, in the future, the advantages of a virtual event will not be overlooked.
