Back in January, we had the pleasure of producing the BOOM Meeting (Birmingham Orthopaedic Oncology Meeting) alongside Clockwork Medical - the first of its kind, inviting international faculty from all over the world to a carry out a consensus meeting at the venue, with all proceedings live streamed using a 4 x camera mix inc. audience member pick up to a secure platform.
We provided a custom branded stage set and all AV solutions throughout to ensure a technically smooth running conference with its interactive content easily communicated to physical delegates and the online audience.
Polling was required frequently throughout, therefore providing Slido as the solution to capture and analyse results of votes taken throughout the 2 day event in real time.
All content was also recorded to be viewed on demand, post-event.
