A 2 day, single medical meeting that alternates between Bristol and Oxford each year that we provide full AV, recording, fun extras and a dedicated speaker preview area.
We produce this event each year providing a custom stage set, complete with lectern branding, alongside full visual and audio systems, with all presentations, media content and microphones/PA run by an expert team of technicians throughout.
In addition to traditional microphones, Catchboxes (throwable mics) were in play for delegate use - a fun and interactive tool to use during Q&A and discussion sessions.
A picture-in-picture countdown timer was displayed on all comfort monitors on stage for the chair, panel and presenters to see. Operated by our technical team, this is one of the effective tools available to keep conferences to time.
This year, the meeting was recorded using our ‘Talking Slides Lite’ solution, which is our cost-effective conference recording package. This records a direct feed of all presentation content, along with narration. All content is then edited into branded presentation videos and hosted on a dedicated Talking Slides platform for delegates to watch all content on-demand.
The faculty of this meeting were a group of familiar faces from a collection of medical conferences of the same topics, working with the same conference organiser across all of these events to provide continuity and confidence to all involved.
