Virtual Conference, Live, As Live & Election
Previously a physical event, held as part of a much larger 3 day annual convention, the NFYFC AGM transitioned into a virtual meeting for 2020.
The meeting was driven by a truly live chairman, interlaced with pre-recorded presentations, proposers and seconders. Access to pre-meeting election ballots was provided to all with voting rights, enabling them to cast their votes across 6 different elections from 2 weeks prior to the AGM taking, up until the voting was closed on the evening.
Members of the NFYFC were invited to watch and interact with the AGM on the Talking Slides platform, submitting their questions via the integrated Sli.do Q&A function, which were answered by a live panel on screen. The AGM was then made available to watch on-demand for members who could not attend.
