National Paralegal Awards
Hybrid event
Historically this has been a prestigious physical event hosted within a 5 star hotel for the legal profession.
This year of course, this wasn’t possible and we were approached and asked to find a solution that would create a party atmosphere, retain the high quality production they enjoyed at their physical event.
It was also a requirement that the award winners were able to give an acceptance speech right after they were announced as a winner. Working together with our client we made it happen!

- Post event the whole awards evening was available on-demand on catch up conference TV
There was a mixture of live and pre recorded content with a live MC who kept everything together. To add to the Pizzaz we set up a temporary studio using a green screen to ensure aestically the event really did look the part!
There was a free flowing chat room right under the stream viewing window, here virtual delegates made comments, posted selfies and interacted with each other. All adding to the party atmosphere.
Just a quick note to say thank you for your guy’s efforts on Wednesday. It all worked like a dream, and your guys were able to react to the changes I asked for pretty much instantly, which made my job so much easier on the day.
