A 2 day physical conference comprising of plenary sessions, quick-fire free paper sessions, breakout rooms, a dedicated speaker preview area, all of which benefited from physical AV production as well as our Talking Slides Plus and Lite recording solutions for delegates to revisit all presentations on a dedicated platform.
As can be the case in the medical sector for many reasons, some presenters were unable to attend the conference, so we provided a remote pre-recorded facility from our studio suites in Devon to capture their talks in advance, edit them into conference branded picture-in-picture videos and to play out at the conference venue.
In addition to this, a live remote panellist facility was available for speakers who couldn’t travel to participate in live Q&A and panel discussions, with easy two-way communication with delegates and other panellists at the venue.
A dedicated speaker preview area was in use to efficiently handle the large volume of presentations across all 3 rooms of this event. Before speaking, each presenter passed through this area to be greeted by our speaker preview technicians to load their presentations content and ensure all media content works correctly, receiving support where required to ensure all runs smoothly.
