Hybrid event
A 2 day cybersecurity conference, made up of a main plenary room and numerous workshops, with the main plenary live streamed and recorded for on-demand viewing.
Throughout this 2 day event, we covered the full AV production; building a custom, dual screen stage set, complete with 3D lettering and dynamic LED tube lighting across the width of the stage.
This conference was live streamed to Discord for online delegates to view throughout and was also relayed around the venue in different areas, allowing delegates to still able to view proceedings when in catering areas and networking with other attendees over a coffee.
This event takes place at the ILEC in London, a venue we have worked in for a number of years. Travelling nationally and internationally, we work with our clients wherever they choose to go, whether this be a familiar venue each year or a different location for each event.
