A 4 day medical conference and instructional course, made up of two identical conference rooms, supported by a Speaker Preview facility, remote presentations, interactive Sli.do voting and more.
We originally delivered this event in 2020 as a fully virtual on-demand conference due to COVID. We did the same in 2021 and then as this event returned to its physical form this year, we delivered this too.
Throughout this 4 day event, we covered the full AV production; building mirrored stage sets in each with custom printed branding, all graphics, audio and managing all lighting and rigging.
We also provided a remote presentation facility via Zoom for presenters who could not travel due to the train strikes, allowing the course to go ahead in full.
All presentations were loaded in a central room with our Speaker Preview technicians to ensure that all presentation and media content runs with no issues.
Post-event, all presentation recordings were edited and uploaded to this client’s on-demand Talking Slides platform to be reviewed by delegates at the conference, but also for viewing by those who could not attend in person but registered for the course virtually.
On day 3, during this event’s prestigious guest lecture, the partition wall was removed and we joined the two sets to create a singular large stage with a central lectern to give a huge impact when delegates returned to the room after a coffee break.
As this event falls outside of traditional peak conference periods, although it was a large crew, we were able to cover this mostly with our full-time technical and project management team. Full time staff levels of this kind are unusual in this industry due to its peaks and troughs, but we feel it is worth it in order to provide our clients with familiar and friendly faces regularly, alongside our bank of trusted sub-contractors that we have worked alongside for years.
As a hybrid, physical and virtual event production company, we travel wherever our clients require us to be, in this case from one end of the UK to the other, to ensure they receive a consistent level of service and production across their events.
