A 3 day physical conference comprising of plenary sessions, multiple breakout rooms, an AGM and digital poster boards, all of which were recorded using our Talking Slides Plus recording solution for delegates who could not attend to watch on-demand.
In addition to this, a remote presentation facility was available for speakers who could not be present physically at the venue, allowing them to deliver their presentations live on screen and participate in live Q&A and panel discussions, with easy two-way communication with those at the conference.
We provided 4 x 65” 4K portrait digital poster board screens, offering delegates the ability to freely browse over 150 posters in super high quality with easy control, needing only a small physical area in the exhibition hall. This offers a space saving, modern edge to the display of research posters without the need to accommodate a large amount of poster boards inside the venue.
Digital poster boards also offer a great sponsorship opportunity as there is a header and footer space above and below each poster that can be used for branding. You can also include sponsor adverts on the rolling images that will be displayed when the poster boards are not in use.
