A 2 day physical conference comprising of plenary sessions, industry breakout sessions, a pre-event including a broadcast of medical and surgical demos, all of which were captured using our Talking Slides Plus recording solution for on-demand viewing.
Working alongside the in-house production team at the venue, we provided a fully supported Speaker Preview room, which provided familiar faces and a point of contact for the conference organiser, the end client and the presenters alike.
Being knowledgeable of particular events and the quirks that go with them, we regularly tour with our clients and as such very often integrate with the AV teams provided as part of our client’s venue hire in order to ensure they are not unnecessarily charged for suitable equipment and support that is already included, but instead supplement this as required to ensure their overall needs are met.
In this case, alongside running the Speaker Preview room, we ran all presentations in the main auditorium, making use of the venue’s projection system, whilst recording all content and discussions. We also produced gobos for use with the venue’s lighting as well as signage to add to the branding in the room and on stage. We also offered floating support to a number of breakout sessions in the smaller rooms, again supplementing the AV supplied in-house as required.
