Hybrid event
A 3 day physical conference comprising of a main plenary session alongside a parallel room running a large quantity of quick-fire free paper presentations throughout each day, as well as catering from breakfast and lunchtime company symposiums and masterclasses.
We’ve now supported BAOMS for a few years, first supporting them with virtual and studio based hybrid events and meetings over the initial COVID lock down periods. Following the lifting of restrictions, we now cover production requirements for their annual scientific meeting each year, as well online features that are attached to this.
As well as producing the conference rooms, we also provided a dedicated Speaker Preview room, manned by two expert technicians throughout who assisted presenters in loading their presentations on to our system whilst resolving any issues with video and media content, ensuring all content ran smoothly at the time of each and every presentation.
Covering both the top table and lectern, all sessions were recorded using a 2-camera mix, edited in to custom branded multi-window presentation videos and uploaded to a dedicated platform provided by us. This allowed delegates to review all sessions by watching on-demand, which also allows delegates who could not attend to view presentations.
This is a great demonstration of the sliding scale of offerings we provide across physical, hybrid and virtual events, showing our capacities to combine elements from all 3 kinds of events to really get the most out of every production and maximise delegate reach.
